Diana Han is an associate in the Silicon Valley, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Diana was an associate at a prominent law firm in San Jose practicing family law where she gained substantive litigation experience. She was also a judicial extern at the Santa Clara Superior Court and worked as an intern for the consumer law clinic at the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center.
While attending law school, Diana participated in Galloway Criminal Moot Court and Honors Moot Court Internal. She also received the CALI Excellence of the Future Award for being in the top of her class for Community Property.
