Emily Levy is an associate in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Emily’s practice is focused on defending lawsuits in both Federal & State Courts on behalf of management-side employers concerning Title VII, Maryland anti-discrimination statutes, Breach of Employment Contract claims, and state wage and hour statutes. She additionally appears before Federal & State agencies to defend claims of discrimination. She regularly drafts and argues dispositive motions and prepares every case for trial by propounding meaningful discovery and executing depositions to expose weaknesses in opposing counsel's case. As a litigator, she has co-chaired two jury trials and led bench trials in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Emily has additionally led successful mediations and settlements that benefit her clients.
