Emily Levy is an associate in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She additionally appears before Federal & State agencies to defend claims of discrimination. She regularly drafts and argues dispositive motions and prepares every case for trial by propounding meaningful discovery and executing depositions to expose weaknesses in opposing counsel's case. As a litigator, she has co-chaired two jury trials and led bench trials in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Emily has additionally led successful mediations and settlements that benefit her clients.
