Emma Himes

Emma Himes is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Emma focuses her practice on employee benefits, executive compensation, and ERISA matters. She advises clients on compensation and benefits issues, including those arising in connection with corporate transactions, and supports employers with practical guidance on benefits-related compliance, plan administration, and transaction-related diligence.

While at the University of Michigan Law School, Emma served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Technology Law Review and Senior Judge of legal writing. Prior to law school, she worked as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Galicia, Spain.
