Emma C. Rose is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses representing employers in workplace law matters, including litigation and internal investigations.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Emma worked as an investigative attorney in the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of the Inspector General, leading complex investigations into allegations of senior official misconduct, harassment, and whistleblower retaliation.

Prior to the EPA, Emma worked as a government investigations associate at a large Washington, D.C. law firm. There, she represented both companies and individuals in matters before Congress, the Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and other state and federal agencies.

Emma earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Society.
