Eric C. Bellafronto

Eric C. Bellafronto is a principal in the Silicon Valley, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Eric has over 30 years of experience advising employers, large and small, on how to comply with the ever more complicated laws and regulations applicable to the employment relationship. 

He is also a strong advocate for a broad variety of clients who find themselves facing litigation in court, arbitration, or agency hearings. Eric’s experience includes providing advice or legal defense on a wide array of employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, managing leaves, whistleblower/retaliation, OSHA and workplace safety, and contract claims. 

Eric regularly assists employers with the drafting and implementing of personnel policies and procedures, employment agreements, compensation plans and other essential employment documents with the goal of avoiding litigation and ensuring legal compliance. He enjoys training Human Resources and Legal professionals, as well as front-line managers regarding compliance with the law, risk reduction, and improving employee performance and morale.
