Erica A. Shikunov

Erica A. Shikunov is of counsel in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She is a member of the Trial and Appeals practice group. Erica has dedicated her entire career to labor and employment litigation and spent significant time representing plaintiffs before joining Jackson Lewis as a management-side attorney. This prior practice significantly contributes to how Erica evaluates cases and assesses potential risk.

Erica’s practice focuses on trial work, litigation and preventive advice and counseling. Erica attempts to minimize risk where possible and while she enjoys the art of negotiation, if a case cannot be prevented or settled within reasonable parameters, Erica will not hesitate to go to the mat.

Erica also has experience and knowledge of workers’ compensation matters and union and labor issues.

Erica earned her undergraduate degrees from Loyola University Chicago, majoring in Theatre and Political Science. In addition to her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, after a few years of practice Erica obtained an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where she graduated with honors. Erica lives in South Jersey with her husband, young children, and their rescued pitbull.
