Gabriela G. Kawiecki

Gabriela G. Kawiecki (“Ellie”) is an Associate in the Dallas, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She began her legal career with Jackson Lewis in the firm’s Chicago office and now works with employers across the country with a wide range of workplace matters. Ellie provides practical advice, proactive counseling, training, and litigation defense, helping clients navigate employment challenges while supporting their business goals. By taking the time to understand each client’s organization and objectives, she serves as a trusted partner for both everyday workplace issues and complex legal disputes.

Ellie focuses her practice on employment litigation, representing employers in a wide range of workplace matters. Clients value her attention to detail, responsiveness, and thoughtful approach to problem-solving. She works closely with employers to develop practical solutions that manage risk and align with their business objectives.

Ellie earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly John Marshall Law School), where she concentrated in Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. During law school, she served as a teaching assistant for an intensive appellate advocacy writing course. After graduation, she remained involved with her alma mater and taught bar preparation courses as an adjunct professor for a couple of years before moving to Dallas.
