Geetika Gupta-Roongta

Geetika Gupta-Roongta is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Geetika partners with clients to translate complex immigration regulations into practical, business-aligned strategies, giving employers the clarity they need to make confident workforce decisions.

Geetika's practice centers on guiding corporate clients through the full spectrum of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E, F-1, and EB-1/2/3 petitions, PERM labor certifications, I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status applications. She advises clients in the healthcare, technology, finance, aviation, and pharmaceutical industries, and regularly develops strategic responses to RFEs and other adjudication challenges to help clients maintain strong approval outcomes.

Geetika also advises employers on DOL investigations and I-9 compliance audits, building documentation strategies and remediation plans that reduce regulatory exposure. Beyond her corporate practice, she counsels clients on family-based immigration matters and represents clients at USCIS interviews.

Earlier in her career, Geetika served as an immigration attorney at several New York firms, advising multinational corporate clients on their immigration needs, an experience that continues to shape her client-centered approach today.
