Gurleen Kaur Rana

Gurleen Kaur Rana is an associate in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Gurleen regularly advises clients on workplace practices and policies to ensure compliance with existing laws and regulation. She partners with employers to provide strategic solutions to complex and multi-layered problems. 

In addition to providing advice and counsel services, Gurleen represents a wide-range of employers in single-plaintiff employment disputes as well as collective/class action wage and hour litigation before administrative agencies, state courts, and federal courts. Given Gurleen’s prior experience in managing high-stakes IP litigation involving trademarks, trade secrets, false advertising, and unfair competition, Gurleen is also well-equipped to advise employers on policies and practices for protecting proprietary information and managing restrictive covenant agreements.  

Outside of work, Gurleen enjoys participating in pro-bono opportunities through local bar associations and is currently serving as a board member on the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California.
