Harry Benson is an associate in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers in the defense of claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment and hostile work environment, as well as for claims related to wage and hour and restrictive covenants. Harry has experience with agencies and agency investigations, as well as all stages of litigation from pre-suit through trial. He works closely with clients to determine the best strategy for each situation based on the specific needs of the client.

Harry also provides advice and counsel to employers across a wide variety of employment law issues, including disciplinary actions and investigations, employee and company handbooks and employment agreements.

Following law school, Harry clerked for US Magistate Judge James Seibert in the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
