Hope Hugley is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has represented clients across a wide range of industries in civil litigation matters and advises employers on a broad range of workplace law issues. 

Drawing on her diverse professional background, Hope brings a practical and well-rounded perspective to the challenges employers face. She develops strategic, effective solutions tailored to her clients' needs and has experience assisting educational institutions and foreign entities in navigating workforce challenges while mitigating legal risk. 

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Hope developed her litigation skills at a civil litigation law firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Melanie M. Shaw of the Appellate Court of Maryland. While in law school, Hope served as Symposium Chair of the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy.
