Jacob S. Porcarelli is an associate in the Detroit, Michigan, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing and defending employers in various workplace law matters. 

Jacob has litigated a broad range of employment law cases in both state and federal courts, including matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He also has experience handling multi-plaintiff collective actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act. 

Additionally, Jacob has experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings and before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. 

During law school, Jacob worked as a clerk for the Honorable Daniel S. White of the Monroe County 38th Circuit Court.
