Jamie M. Leach is an associate in the Phoenix, Arizona, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jamie served as a law clerk for the Honorable William T. Thurman of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. Jamie then worked for various law firms in Phoenix advocating for plaintiffs’ rights with a focus on consumer-related class action claims, emissions litigation, various commercial and real estate disputes, and product liability. Later, Jamie focused her skills on employment-related matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation brought under Title VII and the ADA.

While in law school, Ms. Leach was the Articles Editor for the Northwestern Journal of Law & Social Policy. She also participated in Northwestern’s Entrepreneurship Law Center clinic guiding Chicago’s entrepreneurial community through frequently encountered legal issues while also holding a leadership position on the Entrepreneurship Law Center’s Student Board.
