Jeremy M. Brooks

Jeremy M. Brooks is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, preventive advice, counseling, and litigation.

Jeremy's litigation practice includes defending employers against a wide range of employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower matters, and wage and hour violations. Jeremy has experience representing clients in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. He also has experience drafting appellate briefs, motions, and substantive filings on a variety of employment and civil litigation issues.

Jeremy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gary K. Wolinetz, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Middlesex County, and to the Honorable Marc R. Brown, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Union County.
