Jordan L. Jones
Jordan L. Jones is an associate in the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. James’ practice focuses on employment litigation and preventative advice and counseling.
As a strong litigator, Jordan advises and defends employers at all stages of litigation, from early case assessment and discovery through motion practice and resolution. Jordan represents employers across a wide spectrum of workplace law matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, PAGA claims, wage and hour disputes, and class actions. Jordan combines practical litigation strategy with a client-centered approach to help employers achieve cost-effective and favorable results.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jordan practiced at a San Diego-based employment defense firm representing employers and public entities. Jordan also has experience negotiating favorable settlements through informal negotiations and mediation while balancing client objectives and risks.
In law school, Jordan distinguished himself as a leader, serving as the Vice President of Student Organizations for the Student Bar Association and Vice President of Pride Law.
