Jordan L. Jones
Jordan L. Jones is an associate in the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Jordan’s practice combines practical litigation strategy with a client-centered approach to deliver tailored solutions to common workplace disputes.
A dedicated litigator, Jordan partners with employers through all stages of workplace conflict to help achieve cost-effective and favorable results. Jordan represents employers in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, accommodations, wage and hour disputes, as well as PAGA claims and other class actions. Jordan also has experience negotiating favorable settlements through informal negotiations and mediation while balancing client objectives and risks.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jordan practiced at a San Diego-based employment defense firm representing employers and public entities.
In law school, Jordan distinguished himself as a leader, serving as the Vice President of Student Organizations for the Student Bar Association and Vice President of Pride Law.
