Jordan T. Capers

Jordan T. Capers is an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He focuses his practice on representing employers in workplace matters, including litigation, as well as preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Jordan represented employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims throughout the State of Georgia. In this role, he played a pivotal role in guiding clients through the claims process and advising employers on compliance with applicable state laws and regulations. His direct work with employers in navigating workplace issues and regulatory requirements sparked and ultimately solidified his commitment to representing clients in employment matters.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys reading and writing fantasy novels, spending time outdoors with his Bernese Mountain Dog, Snow, coaching competitive cheerleading, and spending time with friends and family.
