Joshua H. Tinajero

Joshua H. Tinajero is an associate in the Seattle office of Jackson Lewis, representing employers in complex workplace disputes. With trial experience, he defends clients against claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related matters.

Before transitioning to private practice, Joshua served as an Assistant District Attorney in Anchorage, Alaska, where he gained valuable courtroom experience and developed a strong litigation foundation. Having grown up in Alaska, he has a deep understanding of the region’s legal environment, which helps shape his approach to employment law. 

Since moving to Seattle, Joshua has focused on defending employers in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He has developed a strong grasp of Washington’s employment laws and regulations, allowing him to provide strategic counsel. He is committed to helping businesses and companies navigate the complexities of employment law while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.
