Kashvi Bhatt
Kashvi Bhatt is an associate in the Hartford, Connecticut, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Kashvi previously spent several years as an HR and management consultant, developing a firsthand understanding of the day-to-day challenges facing employers and the training solutions needed to create a stable workplace. Kashvi’s practice combines strategic counseling with a deep commitment to improving the modern workplace, guiding business leaders through compliance hurdles in the ever-evolving workplace law landscape.
Kashvi’s practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, with a particular emphasis on healthcare and financial services organizations. She advises and defends clients in a variety of employment-related disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination claims. Kashvi also supports internal investigations into employee complaints, regulatory compliance issues, and alleged misconduct.
In addition to earning her J.D., Kashvi received a certificate in Human Rights. During law school, she was a dedicated member of the Asylum and Human Rights Clinic, where she provided legal advocacy for asylum seekers and unaccompanied minors facing deportation. Kashvi also participated in University College Dublin's International Human Rights program, where she studied European law and its intersection with U.S. frameworks. Kashvi currently contributes to the firm’s pro bono immigration work, continuing her passion for legal advocacy and human rights.
