Katherine Kennedy

Katherine Kennedy is of counsel in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She is a member of the Employment Litigation Group.

Kate has defended employers in all types of disputes, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims filed in federal and state court. She has successfully argued and won numerous summary judgment motions on behalf of her clients. In addition, Kate has first chair trial experience and experience handling matters in arbitration. 

Kate is a lifelong Kentucky resident, and when not cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, she enjoys coaching her daughter in volleyball and playing with her dog.
