Kea S. Noyan
Kea S. Noyan is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents management in employment litigation and advises clients on various aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
Kea has handled discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employment contract claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. She has also conducted investigations into management and employee misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other types of wrongdoing.
Before entering private practice, Kea served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Janetta D. Marbrey, J.S.C. While attending law school, she interned for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S.D.C. for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Emmet G. Sullivan, U.S.D.C. for the District of Columbia.
