Kennith A. Echeverria is an associate in the Indianapolis, Indiana, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on labor and employment law matters, including litigation and preventive counseling to help clients address complex workforce challenges.

Kennith represents employers in matters arising under Title VII, Title IX, ADA, FMLA, and other key federal and state laws, including workers’ compensation and occupational safety. He assists clients in administrative proceedings and all phases of litigation, with valuable experience across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, food service, and higher education. 

Before joining the firm, Kennith served as a summer associate with Jackson Lewis and as a legal intern in the Office of the General Counsel at a Big Ten university, where he worked on matters involving compliance, human resources, student affairs, and intellectual property. 

While in law school, Kennith served as Executive Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Higher Education and the Law. 

Building on these experiences, Kennith continues to explore how employment law intersects with higher education, healthcare, and emerging issues in artificial intelligence, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
