Kevin L. Littlejohn, II

Kevin Littlejohn is an associate in the Charlotte, North Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C., and a member of the Employment Litigation Group. Appreciating that consummate advocacy begins with a combination of legal strategy, skill and humanity, Kevin prioritizes collaboration when building successful partnerships and legal defenses.

Kevin’s experience includes bench and jury trials across multiple jurisdictions, and he thrives on the energy and precision necessary to remain steady and resolute through often protracted legal battles. Employers appreciate his calm confidence, as he provides thoughtful guidance through every step of a matter, always keeping top of mind the immediate impact of a balanced approach against long-term business goals. Kevin represents businesses in various commercial class action and individual disputes, including premises liability and Federal Tort Claims Act issues and real property and contractual disputes.

Kevin's dedication to advocacy was forged early in his law career. While in law school, he clerked with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he developed a passion for workplace law, concurrently making his mark as an aspiring trial advocate, becoming a three-time national trial advocacy champion, and earning recognition as one of the Top 16 trial law students in the nation.

When he's not litigating cases, Kevin is active in the Charlotte community by volunteering with various non-profits. A devoted chess player and enthusiastic grill master, he also remains a loyal (and long-suffering) Washington Commanders fan.
