    Kyle Joseph Hoyt is an associate in the Las Vegas, Nevada, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

    Kyle comes to Jackson Lewis with experience in a national firm representing both national and local industry clients in Nevada and Utah. He assisted in obtaining summary judgment for an insurance broker defending professional liability claims.

    At Jackson Lewis, Kyle partners with clients to obtain a comprehensive view of their industry and specific needs and works to keep them apprised of best practices and changes to meet their goals for improved workplaces. Kyle also continues to defend employers in litigation at all levels of Nevada’s courts and administrative agencies, guiding them through the process of resolving claims.
