Larry N. Jarvis is an associate in the Omaha, Nebraska, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He focuses his practice on representing employers in a wide range of workplace law matters, with an emphasis on preventive advice and counseling.

Before entering the legal profession, Larry served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. His military service instilled a deep sense of discipline, integrity, and commitment—qualities that continue to define his approach to client service. Known for his strong sense of duty, Larry is dedicated to ensuring his clients feel supported and at ease throughout the legal process. 

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Larry developed a diverse legal background focused on immigration law, including removal defense as well as family-based and humanitarian petitions. During this time, he successfully secured meaningful outcomes for clients facing high-stakes situations. 

Larry brings together strategic insight, steady guidance, and a client-first perspective to help employers proactively manage risk and maintain compliance in an evolving legal landscape.
