Lauren M. Harris
Lauren M. Harris is an associate in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Lauren represents employers in a range of employment matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She supports all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and works closely with clients to develop practical, business oriented solutions to workplace challenges.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Lauren was an associate at an AM 100 law firm where she gained experience in all phases of litigation and advised clients on issues affecting the workplace, including data privacy and corporate DEI counseling. She has worked with clients to execute litigation strategies aligned with client objectives and has advised on high-stakes disputes and government investigations, including matters involving the EEOC, FTC, and FCC.
While attending law school, Lauren served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Michael A. Shipp, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey and was the Managing Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Modern Critical Race Perspectives.
