Leslie Nash
Leslie Nash is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. She has substantial experience advising clients on executive compensation, equity taxation, and employee benefits in complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.
Leslie has led HR transition planning for multiple divestitures, implementing TSA and cut-over solutions across payroll and benefits platforms such as ADP, SAP, Workday and Kronos. She provides guidance on U.S. non-qualified deferred compensation programs, equity arrangements and compliance with IRC Sections 162(m), 280G, 409A and 457A.
