Margaret ("Maggie") Zwicharowski is an associate in the Charlotte, North Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Maggie focuses her practice on defending employers across industries including retail, services, healthcare, financial services, and government in wage and hour litigation and employment discrimination matters, including claims of harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

She regularly advises clients on compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws, litigates collective and class actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and analogous state statutes, and defends employers against discrimination and retaliation charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in state and federal court.

Prior to Jackson Lewis, Maggie gained experience at both a national law firm and a boutique litigation firm, where she represented employers and employees, respectively, in a range of employment matters. That dual perspective strengthens her ability to anticipate opposing strategies and deliver practical, well-rounded counsel to corporate clients.

Outside the office, Maggie enjoys exploring dog-friendly spots around Charlotte with her husband and their two dogs.
