Mark Marsenovic is an associate in the Sacramento, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mark’s practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including litigation and preventive advice and counseling. He defends clients in state and federal courts on a wide range of matters, including wage and hour class and collective actions, and single plaintiff claims concerning discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Further, Mark is experienced with high-stakes disputes involving restrictive covenants and trade secret misappropriation and C-suite employment matters. Mark also represents clients before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Civil Rights Department. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mark worked as an employment litigation associate at a law firm in Sacramento.

During law school, Mark served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald H. Sargis of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California. While at McGeorge School of Law, Mark served as a staff writer on McGeorge’s Law Review, competed on the McGeorge Mock Trial team, and graduated with distinction. Prior to law school, Mark attended the University of Southern California and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with two accompanying minors in Natural Sciences and Forensics and Criminality.
