Megan VanGilder
Megan VanGilder is an associate in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Megan appreciates the dynamic nature of labor and employment law, where she applies creative, client-focused strategies to address workplace challenges.
Megan’s practice focuses on providing advice and counsel, as well as representation, to employers in disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Megan also collaborates with employers in labor relations, crafting workplace policies and legal practices to build strong and sustainable employer-employee partnerships.
Outside of the office, Megan enjoys yoga and creative projects, which inspire her focus and adaptability.
