Neil E. Duke

Neil E. Duke is of counsel in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a labor and employment attorney with more than 25 years of experience in workplace law, including handling complex civil jury trials. 

Neil returned to private practice after five years in-house with an internationally acclaimed health system which features nearly 40,000 employees, during which he led and managed a practice group charged with oversight responsibility of all labor and employment and organizational equity issues, as well as ADA accommodation issues. He is well aware of the challenges facing in-house counsel, and acutely in tune with the business needs that drive litigation. 

Before his time in-house, Neil spent 20-plus years in private practice, and prior to private practice, served as an investigator in the federal government and a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he specialized in the investigation of fraud, waste, and abuse.
