Nicole E. Price

Nicole E. Price is an associate at Jackson Lewis P.C. in the New York City office. Nicole is dedicated to providing creative and strategic legal advice and practical solutions to employers navigating complex workplace issues. Nicole works with entities of all sizes and in varying industries, including hospitality, manufacturing and consumer packaged goods, education, and not-for-profits. 

Experienced in employment litigation and traditional labor matters involving unions, Nicole defends employers in single and multi-plaintiff cases in federal and state court, before administrative agencies, and in arbitrations.  She also represents management in collective bargaining and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). 

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys playing pickleball and taking art classes, which provide a well-rounded balance to her career.
