Nicole Trotta

Nicole Trotta serves as the Knowledge Management (KM) Attorney for Jackson Lewis P.C.’s Affirmative Action, OFCCP & Government Contract Compliance and Workplace Safety & Health practice groups, and she is based in the firm’s Denver, Colorado office. Leveraging her experience advising clients across the full spectrum of employment law, Nicole monitors multijurisdictional legal developments to deliver practical, forward-looking resources that help the firm and its clients navigate evolving workplace laws and trends.

Before joining Jackson Lewis P.C., Nicole advised and represented employers in various disputes, including charges of discrimination, internal investigations, and unemployment insurance appeals. Dedicated to her community, she also held key public service roles as the Lead Labor Relations Negotiator for the State of Colorado and as the Lead Mediator and Conciliator for the Colorado Civil Rights Division. Nicole’s background as an employment attorney and former litigator informs her proactive, solutions-oriented approach to knowledge management in today’s complex legal landscape.
