Nicole Trotta serves as the Knowledge Management (KM) Attorney for Jackson Lewis P.C.'s Government Contracts & Compliance, Workplace Analytics & Preventive Strategies, and Workplace Safety & Health practice groups. She is based in the firm's Denver, Colorado office. Leveraging her experience advising clients across the full spectrum of employment law, Nicole monitors multijurisdictional legal developments to deliver practical, forward-looking resources that enable the firm and its clients to navigate evolving workplace laws and trends.

Before joining Jackson Lewis P.C., Nicole advised and represented employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including charges of discrimination, internal investigations, and unemployment insurance appeals. Committed to public service, Nicole previously served as the Lead Labor Relations Negotiator for the State of Colorado and as Lead Mediator and Conciliator for the Colorado Civil Rights Division. Her experience as an employment attorney and former litigator shapes her proactive, solutions-driven approach to knowledge management in today’s complex legal environment.
