Noah K. Fowle is of counsel in the Phoenix, Arizona, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice represents clients in traditional labor law matters.

Noah’s passion and interest in litigation make him an extension of his client’s team. In times of uncertainty, he is a tireless advocate offering, poise, stability and calm. While he knows there is simply no substitute for good facts, the best weapon in his arsenal is preparation. Noah built his success investigating and trying cases as a field attorney at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on one simple certainty – know the details of the case, its players, and the issues more thoroughly than anyone else in the room.

Now, he brings that same dogged determination and tireless attention to detail partnering with clients to better understand their needs, forecast obstacles, and navigate conflict. After prosecuting unfair labor practices for almost 12 years, Noah has the insight and knowledge to advice and counsel clients on how to manage the dynamic playing field of labor law. His experience with unionized and non-unionized settings, as well as with workplaces amid active organizing campaigns, gives Noah the understanding of the challenges and pitfalls faced by both large and small employers.

Although litigation excites Noah, he understands a successful strategy will often avoid such a costly and timely process. He is equally passionate about guiding and advising clients on how to avoid such missteps so that they can keep their focus on moving their business forward rather than staying trapped in inefficient conflicts of the past. He knows the foundation for a strong and fruitful attorney-client relationship rests on clear, simple and transparent communication. To that end, at the core of Noah’s practice is a fundamental understanding of his clients’ business, their goals and culture, as well as their tolerance for risk.

Before becoming a lawyer, Noah worked as a journalist in both New York City and Northern Michigan covering topics from crime to politics to professional sports. Outside the office, Noah enjoys cooking for his family, road-tripping around the southwest and back to his childhood home in Northern Michigan and being on a mountain – either on a snowboard, a bike, or in a pair of hiking boots. In addition, at the behest of his Irish born wife, Noah recently took up hurling - the national sport of Ireland and the fastest game on grass.
