Norvell W. West, IV
Norvell W. West is an associate in the Richmond, Virginia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Winston assists clients in navigating an ever-changing employment landscape. He has a particular focus and interest in emerging technologies in the workplace, specifically Artificial Intelligence. He has previous experience navigating complex business disputes and intellectual property litigation. Winston previously worked for a regional law firm based in North Carolina and an employment litigation firm in Roanoke, Virginia. Winston has assisted clients during numerous investigations and represented clients before federal and state administrative agencies, the federal and state trial courts in Virginia and North Carolina, and the federal and state appellate courts serving and within Virginia and North Carolina.
