Rachel E. Albert is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.  She also defends employers against wage and hour class action claims and representative claims under the Private Attorney General Act.

While in law school, Rachel served as lead articles editor of Pepperdine Law’s Dispute Resolution Law Journal.  After law school and prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Rachel gained valuable experience advising a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations. Rachel has represented employers in state and federal court and in matters before state agencies such as the California Department of Industrial Relations and the Civil Rights Department – both in litigation and in responding to agency investigative inquiries.

Rachel is an active member of Junior League of Los Angeles and participates in various community service projects.
