Rebecca partners with clients on all aspects of their employment relationships, including developing and implementing personnel policies, navigating employee discipline, conducting workplace investigations, and providing preventative advice and counsel. She also maintains a comprehensive employment practice, regularly defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

While attending law school, Rebecca was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition, an editor of Campbell Law Review, and served as a legal intern to Judge McGee at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and to Magistrate Judge Cayer at the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.

Prior to attending law school, Rebecca worked in the field of public relations where she partnered with corporate clients to convey their messages to the public. She translates this experience to her work by helping employers effectively communicate with employees.
