Rebecca Walker-Keegan is an associate in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Rebecca advises employers in labor and employment matters, with a focus on traditional labor issues including union elections, collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges. 

Rebecca also conducts management training and advises on employment matters, including reductions in force, complex separations and accommodation requests, investigations, and responding to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges and administrative charges filed with state human relations agencies. 
Rebecca brings a diversity of professional experience and depth to her work. She partners with clients to address their business objectives and create work environments where employers and employees alike can thrive. 

While in law school Rebecca served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Matthew J. Fader. Following graduation, Rebecca served as a law clerk to the Honorable Angela M. Eaves. She also interned for a boutique labor and employment law firm and federal agency, which was engaged in collective bargaining proceedings. 

Prior to law school, Rebecca had professional careers as an EMT and as a performer, in which she developed key client services qualities, such as responsiveness, active listening and adaptability.
