Riley Hudgins is an associate in the Washington D.C. Region, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers in workplace law matters, including disputes, preventive advice, and counseling. Riley works with clients to address their employment issues, develop strategies to minimize risk, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. He is committed to providing practical guidance and is a strong advocate when disputes arise.

While in law school, Riley gained practical experience through pro bono work. He served as a Student Attorney in the Arts & Entertainment Law Clinic, where he assisted clients with filings before the U.S. Copyright Office and Copyright Claims Board, developing skills in administrative processes and advocacy before government agencies. Riley also worked in the Bankruptcy Law Clinic, based in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where he helped individuals prepare and file Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions and strengthened his litigation skills through client representation and court-related advocacy.
