Sergio Fernandez-Soto

Sergio Fernandez-Soto is an associate in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims and litigation, as well as preventive advice and counseling.

Sergio defends employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including those involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower and retaliation claims, wage and hour violations, and non-compete/restrictive covenant enforcement. He advises clients on compliance and risk management strategies to help them navigate complex legal challenges with minimal disruption to their operations. Drawing on experience across a range of industries, he tailors his approach to align with each client’s business objectives and risk tolerance. 

Sergio also represents employers in matters before the U.S. Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, and other state and local agencies.
