Stephanie E. Marshall
Stephanie E. Marshall is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Stephanie represents employers in complex employment litigation matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.
She defends employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability and accommodation issues, leave-related claims, and alleged violations of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, CEPA, and the FMLA.
Stephanie advises and represents clients through every stage of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, internal investigations, discovery, dispositive motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial. She is committed to developing strategic, business-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s operational and legal objectives.
During law school, Stephanie interned with the legal department of the United States Department of Homeland Security and was recognized as a 2019 scholarship recipient by the Garden State Bar Association.
Before joining private practice, Stephanie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael E. Hubner, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
