Steven C. Schinella Jr

Steven C. Schinella Jr is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Steven graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Interscholastic Moot Court Board and the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, where his Comment was published in Volume 48 of the Journal. Steven first worked at the firm as a summer associate in 2023, and prior to joining as an associate he clerked for the Honorable Maritza Berdote Byrne, J.A.D. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
