Tamara Valcin

Tamara Valcin is an associate in White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Tamara brings broad labor and employment experience advising clients on a wide range of workforce matters, including employment disputes and litigation, reductions in force (RIFs) and WARN Act issues, disability and leave management, wage-and-hour compliance, labor relations, immigration, and restrictive covenants.

Tamara also provides recurring advice and counsel and has assisted clients with internal investigations, reorganizations, severance issues, and plant closures, offering a practical perspective on both routine and high-impact employment risks. 

While attending law school, Tamara served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
