Taylor B. Scott is an associate in the Baltimore, Maryland office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of workplace litigation, including wrongful termination, retaliatory discharge, discrimination, harassment, and preventative advice and counseling.  

Before Jackson Lewis, Taylor developed her litigation skills at a boutique law firm where she represented individuals and businesses in commercial disputes, employment issues, and tort defense in federal and state courts. She also advised and defended insurance carriers in litigation at the administrative, state, and federal levels.

Taylor earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as comments editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law. Following law school, Taylor clerked for the Honorable Michael W. Reed of the Appellate Court of Maryland.
