Zachary L. Miller

Zachary L. Miller is an associate in the Dallas, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.

An economist by training, Zach understands the business pressures associated with litigation and works to ease those concerns by fully understanding the client’s objective from the start. From there, Zach uses his background in behavioral science and game theory to craft litigation strategies that thoughtfully pursue that objective, even as the case evolves. In executing that strategy, Zach is intentional with every decision, anticipating potential obstacles and advocating tactically and effectively on the issues that matter. 

Clients also appreciate Zach’s ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights. Having previously worked as a machine learning engineer at a tech company, Zach brings hands-on experience developing generative AI models like LLMs (large language models). This technical foundation enables him to provide informed, nuanced guidance about the risks and capabilities of adopting emerging technologies in the workplace. 

In addition to representing employers in workplace disputes, Zach advises employers across a variety of industries, including finance, technology, entertainment, and media. He also leverages his combined technical and economic expertise to help clients navigate restrictive covenant, trade secret, and unfair competition issues, and enjoys crafting creative arguments to help employers in wage and hour disputes, class actions, and other complex cases.
