This session will focus on the particular issues facing higher education.

COVID-19 has impacted nearly every educational institution community, changing how we envision educational programs.  As COVID-19 vaccines are rolled out, many educational institutions are considering how COVID-19 vaccinations might factor into their COVID-19 health and safety plans both now and in the fall.

Join Jackson Lewis P.C. attorney Jenifer Bologna as she discusses the legal and practical issues educational institution must consider before deciding whether to mandate or encourage COVID-19 vaccinations for faculty, staff and students. Ms. Bologna will share thoughts on vaccination planning for educational institutions to help you navigate this complex and evolving issue as you look to resume more traditional education offerings.
