DOL Proposed Overtime Rule: Impact on Employers

The U.S. Department of Labor recently issued its long-awaited proposed rule updating the minimum salary for the FLSA’s white-collar exemptions. The proposed rule will increase the standard salary level for exempt white collar employees by almost $20,000.
