Join us for an in-depth look at the lessons learned from the Harvey Weinstein debacle and #MeToo reckoning, including tips for preventive management training and what the wave of harassment claims means for your organization.

Sexual harassment claims are grabbing headlines at a pace and intensity like never before. No organization is immune from potential exposure. All employers should take steps to ensure they have adequate practices in place to prevent harassment in the workplace, and to address it meaningfully and effectively when and if it does occur. All executive directors, in-house counsel, human resources professionals, board members, and other leaders of non-profit organizations are encouraged to attend.

We will have employment law experts and insurance specialists providing education on the #MeToo movement impact to businesses by reviewing harassment case law, EPLI considerations, and risk management best practices.

The discussion will include:

  • Steps employers should take now to ensure best practices are in place
  • Preventing harassment in the workplace
  • Addressing harassment meaningfully and effectively
  • Refining your internal investigation plan
