Beginning March 16, 2020, comprehensive regulatory changes will take effect in Colorado impacting minimum wage, overtime and working conditions among others. The changes are included in the Colorado Overtime & Minimum Pay Standards (COMPS) Order, formerly known as the Colorado Minimum Wage Order, which imposes significant obligations and restrictions on employers.
