Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron G. Gingrande Joins Jackson Lewis’ Boston Office

BOSTON, MA (December 8, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Aaron G. Gingrande has joined the firm’s Boston office. Aaron comes to Jackson Lewis from the U.S. Department of Justice, where he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire. After years of prosecuting federal criminal cases, Aaron now draws on that experience, and his prior experience as a labor and employment attorney, to represent employers in all areas of employment law, including litigation and counseling.

“We are thrilled to welcome Aaron to our Boston office. His background prosecuting federal criminal cases and litigating employment matters will be a tremendous asset to our clients,” said Boston Office Managing Principal Jonathan R. Shank. “Aaron’s extensive experience will bring a different perspective to our practice, which will strengthen our team and enhance the value we bring to employers across the region.”

As an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Aaron prosecuted complex cases involving crimes ranging from large-scale drug trafficking conspiracies to white collar fraud.  He also prosecuted cases involving violations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the False Claims Act, among other laws. He advocated in federal district court on behalf of the United States at every stage of litigation up through and including trial. He also successfully briefed and argued multiple cases before the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before his tenure with the Department of Justice, Aaron practiced labor and employment law for more than six years at Ropes & Gray where he represented employers in cases involving claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour laws violations, restrictive covenant enforcement and theft of trade secrets. He has litigated matters in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative agency proceedings.

“I’m excited to join Jackson Lewis’s team of highly respected lawyers to provide clients with strategic, results-oriented counseling and representation,” said Aaron. “As a federal prosecutor, I have honed my ability to successfully navigate complex litigation and persuasively advocate my client’s position. I look forward to applying my experience to help employers address their most challenging workplace issues.”

Aaron earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
