Jackson Lewis Appoints New Office Managing Principals in Charlotte, Tampa and Washington, D.C.

NEW YORK, NY (April 21, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Jeremy S. Schneider (Washington, D.C. Region) and Amanda A. Simpson (Tampa) have been appointed as office managing principals (OMPs) of their respective offices, and Christopher M. Valentino will serve as leader of the Charlotte office.

“Jeremy, Amanda and Chris are trusted leaders who have made significant contributions to their offices and clients,” said Firm Chair Kevin Lauri. “Their experience and collaborative approach position them well to lead in key markets as we continue to grow and respond to evolving client needs.”

In the Washington, D.C. Region office, Jeremy succeeds Michael H. Neifach, who is stepping down to focus on his practice. In addition to managing the D.C. Region office, Jeremy co-leads the firm’s Government Contracts and Compliance group, where his practice spans the country, crosses industries and covers the full scope of workplace, regulatory and compliance issues unique to federal contractors. He has significant experience investigating and litigating whistleblower cases brought under the False Claims Act, the National Defense Authorization Act, Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley.

“I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Mike, and under his leadership the office saw significant growth and a substantial increase in our revenue and profitability,” said Jeremy. “I’m excited to pick up where Mike left off and continue to support the office’s growth as client demand for our services increases.”

Amanda will continue serving as OMP and Office Litigation Manager (OLM) of the Orlando office while also assuming the OMP role in Tampa. She is a co-leader of the firm’s Restaurants and Mass Arbitrations groups and a core member of the Class Actions and Complex Litigation and Wage and Hour groups. Amanda brings significant leadership experience to the role, having served as OMP in Orlando, where she has focused on collaboration, mentoring and expanding the firm’s presence across Florida.

"I’m honored to step into this position in Tampa and appreciate the strong foundation that’s been built here,” said Amanda. “I look forward to what’s next for our team and how we can serve our clients in this new chapter.”

In Charlotte, Chris will assume the OMP role. A member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Chris has been with Jackson Lewis for more than 25 years and represents companies in traditional labor, equal employment opportunity and employment litigation matters. He will remain located in the firm’s Long Island office.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to lead the Charlotte office,” said Chris. “I look forward to building on the great work happening and continuing to raise the bar for client service.”

The firm also announces several OLM appointments, further strengthening leadership across its offices. Jason A. Ross will assume the role in the Washington, D.C. Region, Joshua R. Adams in Charlotte and M. Christopher Moon in Salt Lake City.
